Packing of shipments
Parcels are usually sent within 3 days after receiving payment and are delivered via Slovenská pošta (parcel to the post office). If you prefer to receive UPS Extra with the required package description (additional costs will be used), please contact us before choosing this method. Regardless of the delivery method you choose, you will be sent a link to track the movement of the shipment.
Shipping charges include handling and packing, as well as transportation costs. Handling fees are set, the price for shipping varies depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group items in a single order. When creating two different orders, the shipping costs charged for both orders will be exceeded. Your package will be shipped on your own responsibility, but we will make sure that fragile items are packed and protected from breakage when packing.
